Shipping Methods

• UPS – Ground Shipping:
This is the standard shipping method available for free of cost, on all the orders irrespective of the exact amount. The orders shipped through this method arrive within 3-5 business days after the package has been shipped from Fascinating Diamonds’ stockroom.


• UPS – 2nd Day Air Shipping:
This shipping method can be availed at a nominal cost of $19.99, which requires an accelerated delivery. Orders shipped by this method will reach your destination in 2-3 business days after the parcel has been dispatched from Fascinating Diamonds stockroom.


• UPS Overnight Shipping:
The orders that require extremely expedited delivery and are in stock are shipped at the earliest, in order to be delivered either next day or within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. This shipping method can be availed at $29.99.


• USPS – Ground Shipping:
The express and safe postal service of the U.S. is used to deliver your cherished product at your doorsteps. Orders shipped through USPS tend to be delivered within 3-5 business days after the shipment leaves the Fascinating Diamond’s Warehouse. This shipping service is availed without any charges.


• FedEx Shipping:
FedEx shipping services are chiefly availed for international shipping of the packages. The service can be availed at a nominal charge of $99.99 and the delivery of the courier takes place within 5-7 business days.
( NOTE:
* All the orders to APO/FPO/PO Box addresses will be shipped – registered and insured exclusively via USPS.
* Customized diamond jewelry will take about 10-14 days before it can be shipped to respective destination.
* Orders received after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.)

International Shipping

Fascinating Diamonds offers safe and fast international shipping via FedEx International services to various shipping destinations across the world. Most of the orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
( NOTE:
* The company does not include custom duty or taxes in the order’s value. The various taxes levied by international authorities such as VAT, Customs, Duties or Taxes shall be borne by the customer only. Fascinating Diamonds is not responsible for any such expenses incurred upon delivery of the item. Please check the regulations with your local Customs and Excise office.)

Alternate Address Shipping

The billing and shipping information is collected while the order is placed. For security purpose, we propose that the address registered with the credit card company be used, though alternate addresses are acceptable. Ensure both billing and shipping addresses are on the records of the credit card company, while placing the order for faster shipping procedures.

Insured Shipping

For safety purpose, Fascinating Diamonds insures and covers for all the shipped items for their actual value. All the deliveries are made to a valid business or home address only. Fascinating Diamonds requires an adult’s signature for all the delivered packages, regardless of their value.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once the order is dispatched for delivery, you will receive an e-mail notification confirming the shipment of the order and the Air Way Bill (AWB) number. This vital information will aid you in tracking your package online till it reaches your doorstep.
