The striking circlet is part of the Ruby Parure, which was presented to Princess Mary as her wedding gift in the year 2004 handed down from Prince Frederik’s grandmother Queen Ingrid. The vintage heirloom is crafted in a series of sparkling diamond crusted leaves perforated by red color shaped berries and has been refashioned a number of times since it was first worn in about 1804.Mary's tiara is part of the Ruby Parure which also includes a startling necklace, shimmering earrings and a stylish bracelet among the many other pieces.
