Customer service was really good. I live out of their state and was purchasing online. It's always nerve racking to spend that kind of money on the internet. They called me right away after my purchase and spoke with me one on one about what to expect and even let me delay the shipment so that it fit my timing perfectly to make sure it was a suprise. The ring is very delicate and has nice small details. So far the stones seem to be set in sturdy enough. It's as good as I could have asked for shopping online, not being able to see the ring upfront. My only very very minor complaint is that the side stones could be a little more substantial they are a little lack luster as far as presence. Everything else was just right though. I'd definitely buy from them again.

Completely blown away at how beautiful the ring turned out. It was exactly what I was looking for and my fiancée absolutely loves it. At the time, I was definitely nervous for ordering something like this online and not being able to see it in person, but after chatting with Roger on the support chat, I felt better about going this route and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The prices on Fascinating Diamonds® are way more reasonable than I could find elsewhere and their quality is top notch. I received the ring right on time, just before my planned Thanksgiving proposal. I will certainly be planning to get our wedding rings here as well. I highly recommend!

Had a custom ring made and they did an amazing job! The style of ring I had them make is a little light on the prongs, so I actually had a stone fall out literally the night I proposed-- couldn't have been a worse scenario. But they took it back in, added a new stone, made sure it wouldn't fall out and shipped it back to me. Could have been a real headache, but they made it easy and haven't had a similar problem since!

I ordered my engagement ring a little on the fence about such a big purchase online. The team has diligently answered all of my questions, calls, and concerns. Website is easy to navigate and very user friendly. Looked at many different jewellers and Fascinating Diamonds® had the best selection of Black Gold and stones to choose from. So easy to customize your piece to your liking. So far great service from the staff at Fascinating Diamonds®. Forgot to change the ring size when I ordered my piece. Used their chat now service on their website and Roger was great as he replied to my purchase order email and asked me to verify the ring size I wanted and conformed via chat now the new ring size was noted. Called to day after to confirm and the employee who answered the phone double checked and confirmed the new ring was noted and the ring would be made in this size. Still waiting for my jewelry to be shipped and will update my review further once received.

Fantastic company to deal with They made the engagement ring I gave to my soon to be wife.Despite the 12 hour time difference they were remarkably quick in their responses to my emails. The end result was every bit as spectacular as I had hoped. If delivering into Australia do remember to factor in all import fees.

Sam and Raj were wonderful to work with! Very knowledgeable and trustworthy! I have two other jewelers that I work with and I am always skeptical working with a jeweler because of expensive costs working with a good jeweler. I always like to compare pricing too....keeps them all honest! This was my first time working with Raj and Sam at Fascinating Diamonds®. I bought gia certified stones from them, they all come with certificates. Just to be sure I took them to another jeweler to verify what they were. I love my new ring! Stones are spectacular!
