Although several diamond grading labs certify 4 carat diamonds, we exclusively work with GIA (Gemological Institute of America) and IGI (International Gemological Institute)—both respected worldwide for their accuracy and consistency. Can I see the diamond in person or via video call?
Yes. We offer high-definition videos for all listed diamonds. You can also email us to schedule a virtual consultation, allowing for a close-up view of your selected diamond. What is your return, resale, or upgrade policy?
At Fascinating Diamonds, we offer a 30-day return window on all our loose diamonds. All GIA- and IGI-graded colorless diamonds are also eligible for an upgrade program. You’ll receive 100% of the original purchase price as credit toward a new diamond that’s at least twice the value. While upgrades are typically like-for-like (natural to natural, lab to lab), we may accommodate cross-type upgrades on a case-by-case basis. We don’t accept upgrade requests for diamonds purchased from other jewelers.
