Donna Klaus

Presented by Project Blossoming Emerald, ruby, Diamonds, and sapphire neckpiece

Inspiration:

Presented by Project Blossoming the exqusite Emerald, ruby, diamonds, pink and orange sapphires neckpiece for charity. Is inspired by the cherry blossoms of Japan, which represents innocence, simplicity and spring. It marks the arrival of new beginnings and greater things to come. This act of nature is a way of giving, to provide for everyone, just like the Nanhi Kali project.

The Jewelry:

The parure is a matching set of a necklace and earrings. The necklace comes in two lines — the upper line is detachable and the lower line can be worn independently. At the centre of each flower is a hexagonal shape Mozambican ruby, surrounded by fancy shaped diamonds. The flowers are studded with pink and orange sapphires, the fine twigs are crafted from Zambian emeralds and diamonds outline the petals to give a feeling of settled snow. The flowers are held together with ruby-studded cherries and a pair of matching earrings completes the beautiful suite.

The Jeweler:

Mira Gulati, Founder and Principal Designer of Mirari, trained as a jewellery designer and gemologist from the GIA (Gemmological Institute of America). Her upbringing exposed her to both the Indian and Western cultures and she has absorbed the best of both into her versatile personality. Her designs are a manifestation of her character. Mira Gulati created the Mirari brand to satisfy India’s growing demand for luxury jewellery with a contemporary edge, as well as the international market’s craving for incredible Indian treasures.
