Spotlight On Zooey Deschanel's Engagement

Year 2015 looks to be big on family front for our Hollywood icons, with what seems like every other celebrity on the block either getting engaged, married or pregnant. To think the year has just begun! And now we have a baby and an engagement! It twice the joy for the blue eyed beauty Zooey Deschanel; not only is she pregnant but also engaged to film producer Jacob Pechenik. Congratulations are in order to the joyous couple! The 42 year old film producer reportedly popped the big question to the film star on her birthday which fell on Saturday, 17^th January 2015. Isn’t that sweet! A dreamy engagement proposal with sparkling and affordable engagement rings is what every girl would covet. The couple also spent a romantic outing on Catalina Islands. It is a big year to the 500 Days of Summer star with the cheerful news of pregnancy earlier this month followed up by engagement. How can we not expect her to be on cloud no. nine?  And so confirmed the actress as she was quoted saying, "Jacob and I are over the moon. We are so excited to meet our little one." This is the second time that the New Girl star will walk down the aisle to say “I do”. She had previously been married to the Death Cab for Cutie’s vocalist Ben Gibbard. The couple however split in 2012. Later she had been seen dating the screenwriter Jamie Linden, but broke off the two year relationship in 2014. It sure feels like a whirlwind romance since the pair first made their debut as a couple at Emmy 2014 and now the happy news of their union as Zooey flaunts her stylish asscher cut engagement ring publicly. The duo met on the sets of movie Rock the Kasbah, which they are working on together, and immediately hit it off. The movie also starts other major stars like Bruce Willis, Bill Murray and Taylor Kinney and is expected release later this year. As Zooey is all set to walk down the aisle and welcome her bundle of joy in the brand new world, she is not alone on the ride. Her sister and TV star, Emily Deschanel, is also pregnant. The “Bones” star revealed that she was expecting her second child with actor / writer David Hornsby.  Coincidence or planning, one can only speculate. Whatever be the case, we sure are happy for the couple and would like to wish a splendid family life. We certainly hope to hear the wedding bells pretty soon. Congratulation and all the very best!
