Raj was very communicative, empathetic and proactive in trying to help me with my mother's birthday gift. Would recommend! FYI, Im not a big jewelry buyer so was unfamiliar with these kind of stores/offices, but it's like a small office on high floor. He has a variety of samples/examples there, but most are ordered / custom (vs a full retail store.)

What does the Fascinating Diamonds Lifetime Warranty cover?
Our warranty covers accent stone replacement, tightening loose stones, repairing bent or misshapen metal bands, resizing (with some exceptions), cleaning, polishing, and rhodium re-dipping—all at no extra cost.
Are center stones covered under the warranty?
No. Any type of center stone, whether natural or lab-grown, is not included in the warranty. For protection against loss or damage, we recommend jewelry insurance.
How do I claim my warranty?
Ship/Bring your jewelry to our store at 42 West 48th St., Suite 1603, New York, NY 10036, along with your receipt or order number. We’ll inspect the piece and complete the covered repair at no cost to you.
Does the warranty expire?
No. Our Lifetime Warranty is valid for as long as you own the jewelry.
Is there a charge for resizing my ring?
If your ring size needs to be reduced, resizing is free. If it needs to be increased, there will be an additional charge.
