Please Note:

> Any changes in ring size needs to be done within 30 days of receiving the product. Ring size down will be done at no cost, upsizing will call for a minimal charge.

> The warranty becomes void if the jewelry, including engagement rings, is serviced, polished, resized, or altered by any jeweler other than us.

What’s Not Covered Under Warranty?

Center stones, whether natural or lab-grown, are not covered under the warranty. If a replacement is needed, it must be purchased at full price. For protection against loss or damage, we recommend contacting your jewelry insurance provider.

Center Stone Setting Repair – Repair damage to your center stone setting so it stays secure and stunning.

Accent Stone Replacement – Replace missing or damaged accent stones under 0.10 ct at no cost.

Prong Tightening – Ensure your stones remain securely in place

Surface Restoration – Repair nicks, dents, scratches, and discoloration.

Polishing and Cleaning – Maintain the shine and brilliance of your jewelry.
